Payment for utilities

To perform payment for utilities, it is necessary to insert the card into receiver, magnetic strip downward. The message to select language will appear on display (Russian, Kyrgyz, English). You need to select a language more convenient for you to perform this operation via automated teller machine (ATM). Further, You will be offered to enter a PIN-code (keyboard is on ATM). PIN –code consists of 4 figures. When the PIN –code is entered, a root menu will appear on a display, to perform payment, please, select the option: Payment for services.

Next display will appear with providers for payment for services on it, through which you want to perform payment: (Kyrgyztelecom, payment for electric power supply and etc.)

After selection of the provider required for You, You should enter the required details of the bill to be paid by You of the selected provider, namely: No. of customer, personal account No., possibly telephone No. and soon and so forth. Make sure of accuracy of the data entered, You should confirm this payment, please, select the option Continue.

If You enter incorrect data for payment, You should select the option Retry enabling You to retry the offered entering.

Further, on the ATM display, menu to enter the amount of payment will appear, where the amount should be entered in the following format ХХХХХ.ХХ (for instance 200.00).

If You entered incorrect amount of payment, please, press the button Retry.

When the amount of payment is entered, a display will appear with information concerning the entered payment for further confirmation by You.

After confirmation of this information, You will be offered to make this payment with or without a receipt. After successful delivery of this payment, the message will appear on display that the operation is successfully performed and the receipt with details of the payment will be printed out. Please, keep the receipt, and it is strongly recommended to enter and check data to be entered.
