Settlement and cash service

One of the most important tasks of the bank is providing its clients with high level of settlement and cash service. Modern means of communication used in by the Bank and high-efficiency work organization allow to make payments and money transfer during one working day. Range of services in the field of payments in KGS and foreign currencies provided by the Bank covers most fields in Kyrgyz and international banking markets.

The main principle of the work with a client is «quality, reliability, service and efficiency.» Realization of this principle means an individual approach to every client from one side, considering specialties of his activity particularly, equality of every client without an exception in a right for quality, reliable and convenient banking service from another side.

The Bank implements the following payment operations in KGS and foreign currencies:

Entering the money coming in accordance with the payment documents in the clients’ accounts;
Receiving and granting of cash money;
Charging and paying out of an established reward for the money keeping on the accounts;
Transfer of clients’ obligations on the payments to the budget;
Entering money in the transaction accounts of corporate bodies in foreign currency: transferred for export of goods and services bought on inquiry;
Debiting of money under the clients’ instruction from their accounts in foreign currency on export-import operations;
Implementation of money transfer operations in foreign and national currencies in accordance with the transfer order of the clients;
Purchase-sale of cash and non-cash foreign currency in accordance with the clients’ inquiry.
